Eric Toensmeier and I are putting on a perennial staple crop workshop the weekend of Oct 13--15.
Eric is the author of Paradise Lot, Edible Forest Gardens with Dave Jacke, and Perennial Vegetables. He is an editor of Project Drawdown and is Director of The Perennial Agriculture Institute.

This is the second workshop at Eric’s new 5 acre property in Southampton, Mass. Eric is the author of Paradise Lot, Perrenial Vegetables, The Carbon Farming Solution, and Edible Forest Gardens co authored with Dave Jacke.

Friday 6pm through Sunday 3pm, in person. An edible forest garden is a home-scale agroforestry planting sometimes called a food forest.
