Celebrating the memory, contributions, and lasting impact of Julie Kreymborg ’25.
The College dedicates this cherry blossom tree in her honor, a living tribute that will continue to grow, flourish, and inspire, just as she did. Visit the tree beside the steps of the Dinand Library.
Julie also became the first Holy Cross student to earn a posthumous degree.
Forever remembered, deeply missed, and always part of our community 💜

15 students recently explored how Python and AI tools can help make sense of large datasets.
Led by Beau Lescott ’95, Founder of Adaptive Portfolio Technologies, students jumped into Google Colab and experimented with Gemini’s AI features to support analysis. A key takeaway was learning when it’s time to level up from Excel to Python for larger, more complex data sets.

Thanks to Larry Doyle ’83 who led our Banking & Ethics Workshop and pushed students to think about what responsible banking looks like in practice.
The group discussed how to evaluate risk and opportunity, make tough calls without compromising principles, and lead in a way that shapes a strong culture.
His advice for students: “Be a sponge and don’t be afraid to take risks.”
