LFCPS has recently partnered with Hope and Comfort Hygiene Hub! Those of us struggling with food insecurity and the cost of inflation may not consider that we might also be struggling with hygiene insecurity. As a partner, Learning First is able to pick up hygiene items and distribute them to families FREE of charge! At our Back to School Block Party, we were able to distribute hundreds of items such as: laundry detergent, feminine hygiene products, soap, deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste. We will be setting up tables at all of our events this year, so be sure to stop by and take what you need. You can also contact your child’s grade level counselor who can send items home in your child’s backpack.
