This morning we had the
honor to attend Mass celebrated by Bishop McManus. Thank you to our altar servers, readers, and students for their reverence and beautiful singing, which filled our church with joy. We are grateful to Bishop McManus for visiting our Our Lady of the Angels.

Kindergarten had a fun week! We wore purple on Monday for color wars & diligence 💜 we watched Punxsutawny Phil see his shadow and go back in his burrow for 6 more weeks of winter 😢 on Groundhog’s Day! We had so much fun celebrating the 100 Day of School counting by 10’s and sharing our 100 items from home!

Thursday our Catholic Schools Week Theme was Celebration of Vocations. Students were encouraging to come to school dressed as what they want to be when they grow up. It was wonderful to see so many different vocations.

Grades 4 through 8 enjoyed their Annual Catholic Schools Week Picnic Lunch yesterday in the OLA gym. It was so nice to see all of the classes bonding over their picnic lunch!

Wednesday night was Family Night at OLA. Students enjoyed bible story escapes rooms, penny wars, and voting on the best classroom decorated door!
And the winner was..... FIRST GRADE, their door was
The Golden Rule theme.

Yesterday’s Catholic Schools Week Theme was twins/multiple or a whole new you! We also were treated to a Sundae Party hosted by OLA Parish Charitable Ministries. Thank you so much for treating our students!
