Dream Big and Build Big! Join us at the Family Resource Center on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 10:00–11:30 AM for a joyful morning of stories, creativity, and hands-on fun! We’ll read The Stack by Vanessa Roeder and go on a stacking adventure with Luna as creativity and imagination lead the way. Together, we’ll explore problem-solving, perseverance, creativity, and thinking in new ways. After the story, children will have fun building with a variety of materials, strengthening fine motor skills, teamwork, creativity, and engineering thinking through hands-on exploration. Come build, create, and join the fun — we hope to see you there!

We’ll read Anything Is Possible by Giulia Meloni and Marco Trevisan, a heartwarming story about a sheep with a big dream to build a flying machine and a wolf who says it cannot be done. Together, we’ll explore perseverance, problem-solving, imagination, and believing in yourself. After the story, children will decorate a sheep and wolf craft, building creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression while bringing the story to life. We’ll read Anything Is Possible by Giulia Meloni and Marco Trevisan, a heartwarming story about a sheep with a big dream to build a flying machine and a wolf who says it cannot be done. Together, we’ll explore perseverance, problem-solving, imagination, and believing in yourself. After the story, join us for a fun creative activity as we make colorful art using fly swatters and paint, building creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression. Then, we’ll dance with scarves, encouraging movement, coordination, and joyful play. Come create, move, and have fun with us — we hope to see you there!

Together, we’ll explore perseverance, problem-solving, imagination, emotions, and believing in yourself. After the story, join us for a game of Emotion Bingo, building social-emotional learning and communication skills, then get creative using fly swatters and paint to make unique art creations while strengthening fine motor skills, creativity, and self-expression.
