BCR in Ipswich, MA, currently has a few weekday morning and midday lesson openings!

We offer a welcoming adult-focused program with quality instruction, wonderful horses, and plenty of opportunities beyond the ring.

The famous BCR star Perfect Gentleman, better known as Gent, is looking for a light trail partner as he enjoys his well-earned semi-retirement.

Gent is a 29-year-old, 16.1-hand absolute gem who has spent many years teaching riders and taking wonderful care of them. He is very well behaved and is now looking for someone who wants an easier riding experience with pleasant walk/trot hacks and plenty of individual attention.

Because Gent has given so much throughout his career, I’m looking for a competent, considerate rider who will appreciate him and ride him thoughtfully. The farm has excellent trails and a friendly, social atmosphere.

I’m happy to work with the right person on the cost and/or a work arrangement toward the lease. The right fit for Gent is by far the most important thing.

Equestrians, how can you help reduce conflict on trails? Move to the right side of the trail when approaching others and stay to the right around turns. Remember, your horse may be another trail users' introduction to horses. Be friendly and understanding!
