Big Tigers warming up ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Whether itโs with dumbbells, egg weights, or no weights at all, warming up is an important part of getting ready for class.
Before the techniques, drills, partner work, and bag rounds begin, we focus on preparing the body for movement and the mind for learning. ๐
No matter your age or experience level, a proper warm-up helps improve focus, coordination, mobility, and overall performance throughout training.

One of the most important things in the Little Tigers program is understanding that learning comes before perfection ๐๐ฏ
Of course we teach proper technique and correct details every class โ hands up, balance, stance, coordination, focus โ but at these ages, a huge part of the process is simply helping kids learn how to move, listen, react, and connect their body and mind together.
For children around 5โ8 years old, coordination, timing, rhythm, and body awareness are all still developing. Thatโs why repetition, encouragement, and confidence matter so much ๐ช๐ฅ
Some days the kick is perfect.
Some days the gloves are backwards ๐
And thatโs all part of the journey.
Little by little, class by class, the technique sharpens, the confidence grows, and the foundation gets stronger ๐ช๐ฅ

Itโs sparring dayโฆ but first we drill๐๐ฅ. Why?
- Because good sparring doesnโt come from just throwing random techniques under pressure. Drilling helps warm the body up, bring focus into the room, and sharpen timing, reactions, balance, and control before the rounds even begin.
Itโs where technique gets cleaned up, mistakes get corrected, and movements start becoming more natural. The more solid the reps, the better the sparring.
Train first. Sharpen the tools. Then put them to the test ๐ช.
Now go have some fun everyone ๐๐ฅ๐

Morning classes putting in the reps ๐โ๏ธ
Shadowboxing is where technique starts getting sharpened. Working on kick mechanics, balance, timing, and movement without distractionsโjust focusing on clean technique and building good habits round after round.
Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference ๐ฅ . Swipe to the end for a little clip of the class in action ๐ฅ๐
Work the basics, sharpen the details, and let the reps add up.๐ฅ
