A sincere thank you to Richard Cuoco for his two years of service as Western District Chair! We greatly appreciate his thoughtful leadership and commitment to making our festivals stronger and more accessible to both students and educators. And a warm welcome to our new Chair, Dave Morris, who began his term on July 1! We look forward to all that’s ahead under Dave’s leadership. Our 2027 festivals are already shaping up to be exciting, musical, and memorable!
