🎃🥁 POUND & PUMPKINS IS COMING! 🥁🎃

Get ready for a night of moving, sipping, painting, and ALL the fall vibes!

Join us October 30th at Unbound Movement for a fun, family friendly Halloween event that’s perfect for kids, adults, or anyone who just wants an excuse to paint a pumpkin and have some fun! 👻. $25 per ticket (age 13+) $10 per ticket (ages 6-12). Feel free to bring younger kiddos for pumpkin painting and snacks free of charge. They are free to participate in workouts, but be aware the music may be loud in the workout area.

Here’s what’s included in your ticket:
🥁 A high energy POUND workout
🎃 Your own pumpkin to paint
🎨 Paint + all painting supplies
🍂 Fall drinks
🥨 Light refreshments

Members! Don’t forget to use your members code to get 20% off.

And don’t worry… you do NOT need to be artistic. 😂 Your pumpkin can be Pinterest worthy or look like a toddler painted it. We support both.

Seriously.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to suddenly feel “ready.”
And you definitely didn’t miss your chance because you didn’t register ahead of time.

Come meet us. Come hear what we’re talking about. Come take the first step.

We’re spending the next 8 weeks looking at the stories we carry, the beliefs we’ve picked up along the way, and the patterns that keep us waiting for the “right time” to make a change.

This is probably the most accurate picture I could use to talk about The Mindset Shift. 😂

Not perfectly put together.
Not waiting for life to calm down.
Just carrying approximately 84 things and figuring it out as I go.

Because that’s kind of the point.

So many of us have spent years thinking we’ll finally make the change when we have more time, more motivation, more discipline, less stress, a better schedule…

But what if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t that you need to try harder?

What if it’s the stories you’ve been carrying with you?

The things you’ve decided are true about yourself.
The all-or-nothing thinking.
The way you talk to yourself when you don’t follow through.
The idea that you have to become some different version of yourself before you can start living differently.

That’s what we’re digging into in The Mindset Shift.

For 8 weeks, we’re going to slow down enough to NOTICE those patterns, understand where they’re coming from, and start practicing something different.

No weigh-ins.
No foods you’re not allowed to eat.
No “new you.”

Just learning how to understand the person you already are—and make choices that actually support the person you’re becoming.

The Mindset Shift starts Wednesday, September 30 at 6:30 PM.
