Join Ohio State University Extension's Erika Lyon for a Lunch & Learn on culinary mushrooms Tuesday, August 25 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.!

Learn how to grow culinary mushrooms on hardwood logs in this hands-on workshop. Participants will drill, inoculate, and take home their own shiitake logs while learning the basics of outdoor cultivation.
