RISE Prep’s Lower Academy kicked things off with our RISE & Shine Event, and our Upper Academy brought the energy at the Back to School Social — the excitement in both buildings was unmatched! 🙌

A huge, heartfelt shout-out to BLVD Barber Lounge in Woonsocket💈✂️ for donating free haircuts so our Upper Academy scholars could step into Day 1 fresh, confident, and ready to RISE! 🔥 Thank you for investing in our RISE Prep family — this is what community looks like.

This past Saturday, RISE Prep’s Girls on the Run group proudly joined nonprofits and organizations from across the state at the Girls on the Run 5K Celebration at URI! 🏃🏽‍♀️💙

From scholars and families to staff and supporters, it was incredible to see so many people showing up to encourage confidence, perseverance, health, and empowerment for young girls. Events like these are a reminder that when a community comes together around children, amazing things happen. ✨

We are grateful to be able to partner with organizations committed to uplifting and supporting our youth — both inside and outside of the classroom.

Congratulations to all of the Girls on the Run 5K participants — we are so proud of you! 🎉
