Trunk or Treat is coming to Woodstown on Sunday, Oct. 25, and the Salem County 4-H Teen Council is looking for decorated trunks.

The free community event starts at 5 p.m. at the Ware Building parking lot, 51 Cheney Road. The teens will hand out awards for Cutest, Scariest, Funniest and Overall.

It only costs $5 to set up a trunk, and every dollar goes to the Salem County Humane Society.

To register your trunk, call 856-769-0090. If you’re not decorating, come out with the kids and support a good cause.

The new 4-H year has officially started, and we are excited to see all new and returning members! Tonight, Teen Council will be learning about "Rocky Moments".

✨📣Join the Rutgers 4-H State Teen Council!

Develop leadership and collaboration skills, work in a committee of peers to coordinate state-wide project + events, grow your 4-H network, help plan the 2027 State Teen Conference, and more! 🍀🤝

4-H State Teen Council meets every other month either on campus or virtually. Hybrid meeting are offered when we are able.

Open to youth in grades 9-13. Participation may be limited to up to 7 youth per county for 2025-2026.

Applications are due by Monday, September 21.

State Teen Council meets every other month. The first two meetings will be held:
🗓Sunday, September 27, 2026 in-person at Rutgers from 1pm - 4pm, and
🗓Sunday, November 22, 2026 from 1pm - 4pm in-person at Rutgers.
