Must be able to implement a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for the age in which you are working with. You must observe children, interact with children, and become familiar with best practices for children.
Must be comfortable with or open to communicating with families and other staff members.
Must follow policy and procedures implemented by the state to ensure the safety and health for our facility.
