Huge congratulations to our Horse evaluation team for earning 1st place at states! The team was Analiese, Abby, Evelyn, and Sam, they all did an outstanding job. Sam also placed 1st individually! So proud of all your hard work and dedication.

Congratulations to two of our Spring CDE teams!

Our Poultry Evaluation team — Analiese, Gabby, Taegan, and Aaron — earned an impressive 1st place finish!

Our Ag Mechanics team — Wyatt, Lee, Parker, and Josh — also competed strongly and placed 5th overall.

Great job to both teams, and best of luck to our Horse Evaluation team!

On Friday, our FFA chapter prepared the meal for the County Board of Agriculture dinner. On Saturday, we helped serve the meal, which included pulled pork, mac and cheese, Italian chicken, tortellini, green beans, sweet potatoes, and coleslaw. We also passed out a delicious strawberry shortcake in cups for dessert!

Yesterday, our school hosted a floor hockey tournament, and Woodstown FFA had two teams compete, the FFA Cougars and the FFA Panthers. The FFA Cougars finished in 2nd place-way to go!

The Elmer Grange supports our chapter in so many ways by allowing us to use their space and kitchen for events like our Greenhand Dinner and for preparing food for our fundraisers. We enjoy giving back by helping with their annual Oyster Dinner.

From Tuesday to Friday, we helped prepare for the event by making coleslaw, chicken salad, macaroni salad, and rolls. For dessert, we purchased ice cream cups. And of course, we made the most important part, the fried oysters!

The dinner was held on Saturday and had a great turnout, with many people coming out to enjoy the meal. Thank you to the Elmer Grange for everything you do to support us, we truly appreciate it!

During our Greenhand and Chapter Degree Ceremony, we made dog and cat beds. We continued working on them during school and were able to fill many bags with finished beds. The other day, we delivered these beds to the Salem County Humane Society.

We hope the pets love and enjoy these beds! Thank you to everyone who helped make them, we truly appreciate your support, and we know the dogs and cats do too. 🐶🐱
