We will update this page as often as possible to share news about Carmel and the achievements of the students and staff as well as other relevant school information. In times of inclement weather that necessitate school closing or other school-related emergencies, this page will be updated. N

People making comments on the page are requested to show respect for their fellow users by ensuring the discussion remains civil, especially since Facebook allows individuals 13 and over to join. Comments are also subject to Facebook’s Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. Remember that your name and photo will be seen next to your comment, visible to anyone who visits the page. Participants must post under their real name. Posts by pseudonyms, group names and fake profiles will be removed. We welcome your thoughts and comments and look forward to what you have to say. However, we will not leave postings that:
• Contain abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate language or statements. This includes remarks that contain obscenities or are sexually explicit.
• Easily identify students and/or staff in defamatory, abusive, or generally negative terms. If you disagree with the content, we ask that you refrain from personal attacks or being disrespectful of others.

Today, the Carmel team had the honor of presenting “The Power of Small Steps and Intentional Work” at CCSD’s ElevateED Instructional Leadership Conference.

Our message was simple but powerful: “The way to maximize outcomes is to focus on the process.” Success doesn’t happen by chance—it is built through intentional actions, consistent effort, and a commitment to continuous growth. Small steps taken every day create the momentum needed to reach big goals.

While our students are enjoying the start of their summer break, our Carmel teachers are celebrating the incredible growth and achievements their students made throughout the school year!

During our May Data Dig, teams reflected on student achievement, analyzed growth data, and engaged in meaningful discussions about next steps to continue supporting student success. We took time to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of both our students and staff.

What a blast the last day of school on the Ranch was! 🎉🐴
