Good nutrition and learning go hand-in-hand. The goal of D200's Food Services Department is to provide nutritious meals to students to support their journey of education, physical activity, and development.

Each year many families are either Directly Certified though the Illinois State Board of Education or qualify for free or reduced meals based on family size and income. The expiration date for last year's benefits is Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

We encourage our District 200 families to fill out a Free and Reduced Meal Application. There are so many students in our district that can still benefit from our program. The application will take you 5-10 minutes to complete. If you have already received a letter for the 2026-2027 school year from Food Services regarding your Free/Reduced meal status please do not fill out an application.

As we prepare for the new school year, our Transportation Department is available to answer any questions you may have about your child's bus route: 815-338-4777

Please contact Transportation if you need to:
• Confirm your child's bus route, pickup time, or drop-off time
• Update a pickup or drop-off location
• Ask questions about bus routing or transportation services

🚧 Please note: Due to road construction on Seminary Ave. and Route 47, some bus stops have been relocated to safer pickup and drop-off locations.
