ALPHA 13

Alpha 13 is a veteran owned and operated company committed to safe fi****ms and defensive training in a private setting. We provide training from the basic level to defensive level in a practical and driven methodology. Our classes are designed to put as much information into the block of training as possible in a reasonable amount of time. Our clients have jobs and busy schedules, and our courses are always written with you in mind. Private training means the class is about you, for you and your instruction. You will never compete with fifteen other students for an instructor’s time with us. Private group classes are also available, if you’ve got a group of friends or family that want to train, we can make that happen. Most commonly we see groups of neighbors in the Home Defense 101 class, but any class can be set up for a small group. Just contact us to set up the details and group rates. Public group classes are available as well, usually scheduled via events on the Alpha 13 page a few times during the year.

Sean Moran Owner/Lead Instructor

Sean served in the United States Army as an Infantryman in the 2nd Infantry Division, the 101st Airborne Division and Special Operations 7th Psyop Group. After Military service, he began working as a Police Officer, Field Training Officer and later as Sergeant/ Fi****ms Instructor for the United States Department of Energy to safeguard some of our nation’s most sensitive materials. Sean has been involved in all aspects of Police Officer training from the Police Academy level through advanced fi****ms and tactical training. He brings over twenty years of experience to the courses Alpha 13 offers.
