The stall chart for our upcoming show is posted on the website. Please note that move-in starts at noon on Wednesday. No equipment or horses can be moved in before that time. Additionally, hay will not be available at Beyond Stable Farm. See you soon!

Parking policy for this weekend's show at Beyond Stable Farm:

Semis and large gooseneck trailers are to be parked in the grassy area across from the RV hook-ups.

Bumper-pull (horse and utility) and smaller gooseneck trailers are to park on the grassy area BACKING UP to the Clinic building.

Parking permits/passes given to each barn are based on their number of stalls. 4 parking permits, for a singular barn, is the maximum offered. Additional permits are at the discretion of the Show Manager

ALL vehicles need to display their permits either from the rearview mirror or visible on the dash of the vehicle! Vehicles will be checked.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING in the front of stabling. If you need to leave a vehicle, please park on the Southside of Stabling, facing the hayfield and be sure your permit is visible!

Any overnight parking in the Exhibitor/Spectator lot will need to move up to the yellow chain facing the Outdoor Arena, being mindful not to park in Handicapped area.

Pedestrian Zone – DO NOT move barricades to cut thru to stabling, even when the show is between sessions! Especially since, for the outdoor shows, there will be horses coming from the Clinic to the indoor arena. If you need a barricade moved to access the bathhouse, please use extreme caution and be courteous.

The lane going around the backside of the Stabling, Warm-up, and Outdoor Arena is CLOSED to all traffic during the show. Let’s keep everybody safe!
