WNHS students, join us as we roll out the red carpet! 🎥
Come celebrate Homecoming at the WNHS Hollywood Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 19th, from 7:00–9:30 PM in the WNHS Main Gymnasium.

• No entry after 8:00 PM and no re-entry.
• Guests from other schools must be pre-approved and complete the required paperwork.

Despicable Tuesday has officially taken over WNHS! 🍌

Our staff definitely understood the assignment and got into the Homecoming spirit. Even our Admin Team joined in, with Principal Carlson as Gru, Assistant Principal Weaver as Vector, and Assistant Principal Fain as a Minion. Apparently, running a high school wasn’t challenging enough, so they decided to become supervillains. 😂

But every good villain story needs a hero… and Officer Schmidt is on the case! 🚔

The Board of Education on Tuesday was proud to recognize senior Stefani Vanderstappen, who qualified as a Class of 2027 State Finalist in the Distinguished Young Women of Illinois scholarship program. Stefani completed a rigorous 6-month process, including personal interviews, public speaking, physical fitness, and talent presentation, to be selected among the top 26 girls from more than 400 applicants. Way to go, Stefani!
