FLK Wrap Up – True Story 📖✨

What a great day in Full Life Kids!
Our Big Idea was: True Story — Jesus is always with me! ❤️

Today we learned from Acts of the Apostles 1:3–11 that after Jesus rose from the dead, He spent time with His disciples, taught them about the Kingdom of God, and then ascended into heaven. Even though they could no longer see Him, Jesus gave them a promise—they would receive power through the Holy Spirit, and He would always be with them. What a comfort to know that same promise is true for us today!

Memory Verse for the Month:
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes…” — Romans 1:16 🙌

The Gospel is the greatest true story ever told—and it’s a story worth sharing! This week, remind your kids that Jesus is alive, Jesus loves them, and Jesus is always with them.

Easter Sunday Wrap-Up 🐣✨

What a powerful and joy-filled Easter in FLK!

Our Big Idea reminded us of the greatest truth of all—the Bible says that Jesus is alive! 🙌

We kicked off our brand new series, Clue, with a mystery Egg Hunt where kids followed clues to crack a very special case. Piece by piece, they uncovered the truth of Easter… and discovered that Jesus is not in the grave—He is RISEN! 🕊️

What an unforgettable day celebrating the hope, joy, and victory we have because Jesus is alive! 💛

✨ FLK Week 4 Recap! ✨

Today we dove into the powerful story of Lazarus (John 11:1–45) and learned an important truth:

💡 Big Idea: I’m invited to ask Jesus for help.

Through our Lazarus role-play station, kids brought the story to life—calling out, “Come out!” and seeing how Jesus has the power to help and bring new life!

They also had a blast in our:
🎉 FUN Zone Station
🍎 Snack & Chat Station

Most importantly, our kids learned that just like Mary and Martha…
👉 we can go to Jesus when we need help.

What an incredible day growing in faith together! 💛

Today’s John 9 story was amazing! The kids discovered the powerful truth of the man who said, “I was blind but now I see!”

Our Big Idea today:
💡 Jesus invites us to experience His miracles.

The biggest miracle we talked about wasn’t just the man’s eyes being healed—it was understanding that our hearts can be like the blind man’s eyes. And it is Jesus who helps our hearts truly see Him. ❤️

Through Nicodemus’ nighttime visit with Jesus (John 3:1-17), we learned that even when we have questions… even when it feels dark… Jesus still invites us into new life.
And the best part?
📖 “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” — Romans 10:13
We unpacked the lesson with snacks, explored our Invitation Stations (Show Up, Celebrate, Say Thanks), and had a blast in Memory Verse Fun Zone!

Trailblazers – Week 4 Lesson Wrap-Up 🥾🙏

Today in Full Life Kids, we continued our Trailblazers series with the Big Idea: Let’s PRAY like Jesus did!
Using Matthew 6:5–15 (The Lord’s Prayer) and Psalm 32:1–7, we learned that prayer isn’t about fancy words or routines—it’s about having a real, honest, and fresh conversation with God.

During station rotations, kids gathered for Campfire Chat to talk about prayer, explored Fresh Prayer as a reminder not to just go through the motions, created meaningful reminders in Arts & Crafts, and had a blast in the FUN ZONE—all while learning how to talk to God from the heart.

Today in Full Life Kids, we continued our Trailblazers series with the Big Idea: Let God’s love take the lead!
Through Matthew 5:43–48 and Psalm 99:1–5, we learned that God’s love calls us to love others—even when it’s hard—and to let His ways guide our choices and actions.

During station rotations, kids gathered around Campfire Chat for meaningful conversations, expressed creativity in Arts & Crafts, and burned off energy in the FUN ZONE—all while discovering how God’s love can lead us every step of the way.

Trailblazers – Today’s Lesson Wrap-Up 🥾✨

Today in Full Life Kids, we continued our Trailblazers series with the Big Idea: Let’s show others the way to God.
Through Matthew 5:13–20 and Colossians 3:12–17, we learned that when we live with love, kindness, and compassion, we become salt and light—trail markers that point others straight to Jesus.

We created hiking trails, marked our way with God’s Word, learned real-life ways to BE salt and light, made lanterns to remind us to shine, and had so much FUN along the journey!

✨ Week Four Wrap-Up | EXTRA-ORDINARY ✨

📖 Lesson: Jesus Invited His Disciples (Matthew 4:13–23)
💡 Big Idea: Jesus calls us to follow

This week in Kids Church, we wrapped up our EXTRA-ORDINARY series by learning how Jesus invited ordinary people to be part of His extraordinary story. Jesus called fishermen—regular people doing regular jobs—and said, “Follow Me.” They left everything to follow Him.

Our kids learned that Jesus still calls us today. Following Jesus means trusting Him, listening to His voice, and being willing to live differently—even when it’s hard or unexpected.

👣 Jesus showed us that when we say yes to Him, ordinary lives can become extra-ordinary. What a powerful way to end an amazing series!
