I am passionate about serving women through coaching who find themselves facing challenges such as burnout, workaholism, perfectionism, anxiety, and dependence on alcohol and/or substances. I was consumed with climbing the corporate ladder and my need to "do all the things" was paralyzing. I felt like I lost myself, relying on outside sources for happiness and striving to get the next "gold star". I was at a breaking point. I was spiraling into burnout and it was seeping into all areas of my life. I was desperate for change. That's when I found coaching, a community of like-minded women, and self-development. The lessons I learned changed my life, and I want to share what I have discovered with those finding themselves in similar situations. Coaching is a partnership built on trust. I create collaborative relationships with my clients to map out their desired lives by taking a 360 approach.
