Day 3 and last day of IASPHA Summer Horse Show! We had quite the audience last night. Glad everyone enjoyed themselves!

Performance session starts at 9am followed by W/T Academy (not to start before 11am)

There will be an Ice Cream truck today during Academy!🤗😋

We have a lot of moving parts today! I ask everyone to be respectful.

Trainers - Please DO NOT pull up to Stabling until you are completely done showing and you are ready to pack/load and go!

Performance barns - be mindful of Academy barns around you while tearing down. Do not block aisles or doorways!

Remember that the lane around the Outdoor Arena is CLOSED to traffic during both sessions. It will be open between sessions so listen for announcements!

Spectators & Exhibitors - parking was better yesterday! Let’s go for 2 in a row!🤞
Thank you to those that utilized the grass parking lot in the evening when our main lot was obviously bursting at the seams!

Let’s talk Parking!🫩

We are a small crew and we are trying to maximize our lots, PLEASE follow parking instructions!

I don’t care who you are, what barn you’re with, or the caliber of your horse, we are all equal in parking etiquette!

I shouldn’t have to police vehicles for Parking Permits!

Each barn/trainer has only between 2-4. Those permits allow your trainers, assistants, instructors, and/or grooms to take care of your horses and get them ready to show.

If you don’t have a permit, park in the exhibitor/spectator lot!

Yesterday we had over a dozen vehicles without permits in the Trainer’s lot!🤬 You aren’t being sneaky, you are acting entitled and it reflects poorly on your barn.

Morning session begins at 9am, so grab your coffee & a doughnut outside the show office!

We start with Performance classes and roll into Academy W/T/C (not to start before noon).

Evening session starts at 6pm!

Not everyone is ready, but IASPHA Summer Horse Show starts at 11am this morning!🥳

18 classes in our first session! It’s gonna be a beautiful day for a horse show in our outdoor arena!

Please be kind to our parking attendants! We are just trying to keep everyone safe and organized🤣.

Trainers - parking permits need to be on display! If Aliens have stolen yours or Sharknado hit your vehicle, please visit the show office!

Thursday Move-in for IASPHA Summer show! Loving the weather, so far!🤞🤞

Trainers - remember to put your Parking Passes on you driver’s side windshield somewhere! I will be looking for them starting tomorrow morning.

Exhibitors - Monarch May Classic set the bar pretty high for good, courteous parking! Let’s go for a record!

Final day of the Monarch May Classic! Morning session begins at 9am and rolls into Academy W/T (not to start before 11am).

Coffee & doughnuts available this morning outside the Horse Show Office around 7am!

Food trailer will be open around 10am, listen for the announcement.

I don’t want to jinx anything, but we have had 2 excellent days of parking!🥰 Thank you to everyone for following instructions and being kind! Let’s go for the trifecta today!🤞🙏😁

Trainers - as usual here is your reminder NOT to pull up to the Stabling building until you are ready to Load & Go! Please be mindful of barns with Academy riders by keeping doors and aisles clear.

The lane will be closed during the morning session and Academy for safety reasons! IF you want/need to pull around during the break, please let the office know so we can coordinate timing!

Day 2 of Monarch May Classic!
(yes, I apologize for not posting yesterday’s Day 1. When it starts at noon, I’m in full work mode 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️)

Morning session starts at 9am in our lovely outdoor arena.

Coffee and doughnuts will be available outside the Horse Show Office.

Food trailer will be open from 10-3, listen for announcements.

Academy W/T/C will follow the morning session but won’t start before noon.

Evening session will start at 6pm!

Attention trainers and their staff, please have your permit displayed on the driver’s side of your windshield!

Exhibitors and spectators, please follow parking staff directions. Yesterday was a good day of parking 🥳🥰🤗, let’s go for 2 in a row!

Everyone please drive slow when entering and leaving! The lanes & lots are quite dry & dusty.
