Cherokee Christian Schools Established in 1986, Cherokee Christian Schools provides an excellent, Christ-centered, classical education.

Teachers at Cherokee Christian Schools are committed to working with parents in a true partnership. For example, we know that effective communication between teacher and parent is vital to the success of our mission. Therefore, we have invested in FACTS- a powerful yet user friendly system that allows the parent to view the grades, attendance, and assignments of students on line. In addition, FACTS is used by teachers to post homework, test/quiz announcements, and important downloads. Communication is important and we believe that the job of the school is not to take over the duties of parents, but to support and assist them in carrying out their God-given responsibility to educate their children according to the Word of God. Our teachers are thoroughly screened to ensure their perspective is one of Biblical Christianity. Cherokee Christian Schools are committed to naturally integrating Biblical values into all areas of the child’s life, from his/her interaction with peers to the content of the lessons. You can be sure that the value system and life view presented by our faculty is wholly Christian.

Happy Wednesday! Our New Staff Shoutout series continues as we highlight two more phenomenal individuals who joined our team this year.

Every new team member brings a unique spark to campus, and we are so grateful that Kristyne and Chris have jumped right in, making a beautiful impact from day one.

✨ This week, we celebrated Cherokee Christian's 40th anniversary by launching a brand-new tradition: our first all-school convocation! ✨

The event began with a sweet moment where our seniors walked in with our kindergarteners. Even though graduation is months away, it was a touching reminder of the legacy this class will leave as they begin their final year while welcoming the next generation.

Our entire school family, including the parents, filled the gym to hear our headmaster, Mr. Goff, share a brief devotional. He reminded us how God uses Christian community to edify each of us. Then he challenged us to seek out those connections daily to grow together in faith and wisdom. This mission will not only strengthen us at Cherokee Christian today, but it will also carry us into the next 40 years.

After his devotion, we all sang the school hymn, "Be Thou My Vision." It was such a blessing to hear so many voices fill the air as we celebrate 40 years of Christian education and glorifying God together!

A week later, and we're still reflecting on the beautiful evening spent celebrating the Cherokee Christian School Class of 2026.

Surrounded by family, friends, faculty, and supporters at Faith Community Church, our seniors marked the culmination of years of hard work, growth, and God's faithfulness.

One of the most meaningful traditions of the evening was the presentation of the Class Sword and Class Colors. Together, these symbols represent the virtues and character traits the graduating class desires to be remembered by as they move into their next season of life.

We were honored to hear from keynote speaker Steven Brondyke, Executive Director of GACS, who encouraged our graduates to remain steadfast in their faith and calling. We also heard a thoughtful and inspiring Valedictorian Address from Abby Meder, reflecting on the journey of the Class of 2026 and the lessons learned along the way.

As these graduates step into the future, we pray they will continue to pursue truth, wisdom, and Christ-centered leadership wherever God leads them.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. We are proud of you and excited to see what the Lord has in store for each of you.
