After a thorough investigation, arrest warrants have been obtained for Elsa for the illegal use of ice and snow. We’ve encountered this suspect in the past, and she is usually responsible for these frozen events.
Good news, with assistance from some unlikely individuals, we’ve developed a strong lead. 🎥 Stay tuned for video.
On a serious note, we ask everyone to please take the pending winter weather seriously and make appropriate plans to prepare your homes for possible power outages and extreme cold. Please stay off the roadway when possible and allow first responders and utility workers to do their jobs safely.
