This Friday, September 11, Marian Central Catholic will proudly honor the heroes who serve and protect our communities and our country as we commemorate the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Police officers, firefighters, nurses, paramedics, active-duty and reserve military personnel, and military veterans will receive complimentary admission with ID to Friday nightโ€™s football game against Wheaton Academy.

Our freshmen recently gathered for our annual Freshman Bible Blessing, where Fr. Patrick blessed the Bibles they will use throughout their time at Marian.

As our newest Hurricanes begin their high school journey, these Bibles will serve as a reminder to keep Godโ€™s Word at the center of their lives both at Marian and beyond.

May they be a source of guidance, strength and faith for the Class of 2030 as they continue to grow in their relationship with Christ.

Marian Central Catholic is proud to recognize our students who earned national recognition through the PreACT Rising Stars program for their outstanding performance on the PreACT 8/9.

Our PreACT Distinguished Scholars scored among the top 3% nationwide, while our PreACT Rising Scholars scored among the top 4โ€“10% nationwide. We also celebrate our PreACT Early Scholars, who scored among the top 11โ€“50% nationwide.

As we begin the 2026-27 school year, I want to thank the Marian Central Catholic family for welcoming me with open arms. Just a few months ago, I did not know where I would be, but I had faith that God would guide me to the right place. I am incredibly grateful that He led me to Marian.

This marks my 30th school year as an educator. While much has changed over those years, what has not changed is my belief in the importance of providing students with an exceptional Catholic education โ€” one that prepares them academically, grounds them in faith and equips them for whatever comes their way.

In my short time at Marian, I have already seen what makes this community special: students surrounded by faculty and staff who care deeply about them, families who believe in our mission, and alumni, donors and friends who continue to invest in Marian and its future.

I am committed to making Marian the best possible experience for every student and family we serve, and I am honored to work alongside a community determined to make Marian Central Catholic one of the very best Catholic schools in our state and beyond.

There is much to look forward to in the year ahead, and I am excited for what we will accomplish together.

During Mass, our Campus Ministry students and new Eucharistic Ministers each received a special blessing as they prepare to serve our school community throughout the year.

Thanks to the incredible support of our golfers, sponsors and friends of Marian, this yearโ€™s Golf Outing raised more than $74,000 in support of Marian Central Athletics and our student-athletes!

Welcome, Class of 2030!

Freshman Orientation began with Mass celebrated by Father Patrick, with our freshmen seated in the same arrangement theyโ€™ll be in four years from now at graduation.

Throughout the day, Marian mentors helped our newest Hurricanes walk their schedules, find their way around and feel more at home. Our mentors are a special part of the Marian community, making sure every new student has a familiar face and knows they belong.

Weโ€™re so glad youโ€™re here, Class of 2030!
