Happy Mother’s Day! My wife purchased 1,300 eucalyptus trees to add to the existing half acre of trees planted at the family farm. Thanks for all the hard work Jacob and friends! 🙏🏼💪🏼. The trees take about four years to mature, and then can be harvested. We’re considering planting 30 coconut trees on another piece of property….

Another gorgeous temple, probably 10 miles from our house. Can’t even say how many acres are covered or how many buildings. Truly awe inspiring 🙏🏼. Tonight there was another festival at this temple property. My wife didn’t have great success at throwing darts at balloons. You can buy cold coconut, filled to the brim with delicious fresh coconut water for less than $1. There’s a slide from earlier in the day of a Thailand bus ha ha

Same event hosting the Muay Thai fights here at this beautiful temple 🙏🏼. Thousands of people here. Concert. Movie. And consistent with the Thai culture, endless amounts of food….

Night two of three day Songkran water festival celebrating Thai New Year. This is a local block party. Like literally 100 m from our house. It gets absolutely wild in the larger towns. What an amazing community of people though. Lots of beer, whiskey and love.

Thai New Year aka Songkran water festival. Pretty much every street across the country will be lined with people dousing one another in every way imaginable. They also traditionally cover each other’s faces to represent how they us powder to protect their skin from the hot sun. 💦
