I’m so excited! I was able to close my fist this weekend for the first time in two months! I have a long way to go and I cant really hold anything yet but the movement is returning. It’s getting colder! This can be the hardest time for athletes. Seasons are coming to an end and the temperature is dropping. Don’t slack off and work hard! This is the time you separate yourself from others.
