Yesterday was another beautiful morning to take the workout outdoors ☀️🌊 they all did awesome!

The amazing Alli was able to get in an extra personal training session with me yesterday, so we took it to the water and spent 30 minutes on SUP focusing on core work and stretching. It was amazing and challenging and she is so determined to put her own health and fitness forward that she gives 💯 every time we meet! I can’t wait to watch, coach and encourage Alli’s progress!! (And check out the view during our session!)

And who knows?! You probably won’t even suck that much…so why not come try a unique, outdoor workout? Fresh air, sunshine, a family of baby geese…you enjoy getting stronger when you’re surrounded by all of that! Come hang out with me at Murph’s Surf this Saturday at 7am ☀️
