The PTA Board created a private group to further protect our students, families and staff since we do share many specific details about our school schedule, events and share photos taken at events. We hope this new group will be informative and fun! We will post all updates for the school year in this new group. Our friends at Woodside on the Move are hosting a backpack and school supply distribution event at Windmuller Park this Thursday from 6-8pm. Please note that the student must be present to receive a backpack.

Good evening PS11 families! We would like to share Chancellor Banks' letter reviewing the successes of the City's new programs and partnerships for this school year. Also, please note that the DOE has updated the school calendar for the 2023-2024 school year, you can see it here: https://www.schools.nyc.gov/about-us/news/2023-2024-school-year-calendar.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day of school. It is a full day so pick up will be at regular time.

We have also hung up three Schools Out for the Summer banners. They are located at the front entrance of the school, the entrance near exits 17 and 18 closer to 56th street and one by the 54th street entrance to the school yard. Please feel free to stop by and take a picture to commemorate a wonderful year and a well deserved summer break!

Hi everyone! Just a reminder that there is no Woodside on the Move for the remainder of this school year. It will be regular pick up times for all students starting today til the last day of school on June 27th.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads and dad-like figures in the PS 11 community. It takes a village and we see all you do and appreciate you. We hope you're having a wonderful day with your friends and families!

REMINDER: There is no school tomorrow, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. School will resume on Tuesday, June 20th.

Good evening, families! Just a friendly reminder that our Art Show Fundraiser will be tomorrow, 6/15, from 3:30pm to 6pm! Join us in the gymnasium to see your child's creative work inspired by Wassily Kandinsky, Joan Miro, Romare Bearden or Pablo Picasso! Snacks will be available for purchase and you can enter a raffle to win a Kandinsky print. All funds raised will directly benefit our amazing Art Program. See you tomorrow!
