Good afternoon, PS11 families! The PTA Board created a private group to further protect our students, families and staff since we do share many specific details about our school schedule, events and share photos taken at events. We hope this new group will be informative and fun! We will post all updates for the school year in this new group. Good evening PS11 families! We would like to share Chancellor Banks' letter reviewing the successes of the City's new programs and partnerships for this school year. Just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day of school. It is a full day so pick up will be at regular time.

We have also hung up three Schools Out for the Summer banners. They are located at the front entrance of the school, the entrance near exits 17 and 18 closer to 56th street and one by the 54th street entrance to the school yard. Please feel free to stop by and take a picture to commemorate a wonderful year and a well deserved summer break!

This last month has been a very busy but fun one at our school! The PTA hosted a teacher appreciation breakfast and also surprised grades Prek through 3rd grade with an ice cream truck. Ms Bilihoutis hosted a beautiful art show fundraiser (attended by Council Woman Julie Won) and the Spirit Squad put together an awesome Father's Day shop!

We are so grateful for all of the support from the parents, the staff, the teachers, the students and every single person that volunteered to make these events happen. We couldn't do it without YOU.

Good evening, families! Just a friendly reminder that our Art Show Fundraiser will be tomorrow, 6/15, from 3:30pm to 6pm! Join us in the gymnasium to see your child's creative work inspired by Wassily Kandinsky, Joan Miro, Romare Bearden or Pablo Picasso! Snacks will be available for purchase and you can enter a raffle to win a Kandinsky print. All funds raised will directly benefit our amazing Art Program. See you tomorrow!
