The school year is officially underway, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ต ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ to the Culinary program!๐โจ
Our returning students are back and ready to build on the skills they developed last year, take on new responsibilities, and help lead the way as we welcome our new students into the program. Meanwhile, our new students are jumping in, learning the ropes, and discovering all that the restaurant industry has to offer! ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐ช
While our restaurant won't be opening its doors to the public until ๐๐พ๐๐๐ฝ๐๐, there is A LOT happening behind the scenes!๐
Over the next few weeks, students will be:
๐ช Learning and sharpening new culinary skills
๐ฅชPracticing food prep, safety & sanitation
๐คBuilding teamwork and communication skills
๐จโ๐ณDeveloping their back-of-house and front-of-house skills
๐งนGetting our restaurant space ready for service
๐ฃPreparing for opening our doors to the public in October!
There is nothing quite like watching a new group of students find their confidence while seeing our returning students step up, take on leadership, and put their experience into action. ๐
October will be here before we know it, and we can't wait to welcome YOU through our doors! ๐ซ

Our students are also available to put their skills to work through private events and off-site catering (during school hours, of course). Don't hesitate to give us a call (740-472-0722) to get your event on our calendar!

Our students are learning and gaining real-world experience, so we appreciate your patience and support. Please feel free to ask students for assistance or share small feedback directly with them.
