What an exciting, joyful, and milestone-filled first day we had together at the Co-op! 🎒 The school was buzzing with bright smiles 😊, new friendships, creative play 🎨, and wonderful energy as our little ones explored their classroom environments.

Whether your child spent the day engaging in hands-on discovery in the Minnows toddler classroom🐟 or building, creating, and learning alongside peers in the Swimmies preschool room 🐠, our teaching team was so proud of how brave, curious, and resilient everyone was today.

Transitions often bring a mix of big emotions for both children and guardians, but today was a fantastic start to our year. Please check the family community board in the entrance foyer area for child’s daily experiences, upcoming events, and Co-op happenings! 😊

The Falmouth Road Race Weekend was lots of fun!
The parent group is thrilled to announce that we all crossed the finish line.

A big shout out to all of the families we saw along the route to cheer us on. You don’t know how good that feels! Thank you 🙏👏🫶

New school year, same car seat? Maybe! 🎒

Here is something that surprises a lot of families: moving to the next seat is not a milestone to celebrate early. Each transition (rear-facing to forward-facing, harness to booster, booster to seatbelt) is actually a step DOWN in protection.

The right time to move up is when your child outgrows their current seat by height or weight, not when they hit a birthday, start a new grade, or ask because their friend did.

All month long we are talking about seat transitions and back-to-school ride safety. Buckle up, it is going to be a good one. 💙

Summer time is the best time for Water Play!

Water play helps children develop both gross and fine motor skills and introduces them to basic scientific and mathematical concepts

Water play is inherently sensory-rich, providing tactile, visual, and auditory stimulation.

Participating in water play often involves collaboration and interaction with peers. These experiences enhance social skills, language development, and teamwork!
