E.N.G.A.G.E. ENGAGE: Enabling Girls with Academics, Good Behavior, and Encouragement. This page is all about learning to be a fabulous girl in a difficult world!

At each meeting, I invite community members, business owners, and helping professionals to share their work with the students to help the members establish career goals, address good health and hygiene, gain appreciation for the value of education, and promote self respect by modeling positive relationships. Meeting topics include but are not limited to: dating, resolving conflict, modeling basics, hygiene, safety, healthy eating, physical fitness, and so much more! We focus on giving back to the community by participating in service projects throughout the year.

It's official! The ENGAGE club of Lyman Elementary opened today with 40 girls and 7 amazing faculty members! We got to know each other better and made friendship bracelets. I can't wait for the next meeting!
