🌟 Welcome to Woodridge 68! 🌟

Meet Anna French, a new Learning Behavior Specialist at John L Sipley Elementary School!

Anna attended Northern Illinois University and American College of Education, and math was her favorite subject growing up. After previously working as a multi-needs self-contained special education teacher, she’s looking forward to new opportunities in her role as an LBS — and to meeting new people along the way.

Outside of school, Anna enjoys DIY projects and heading to the beach whenever she gets the chance. 🏖️ She once lived just 10 minutes from the beach and says it’s still her happy place!

🌟 Welcome to Woodridge 68! 🌟

Meet Alexia Kladis, a new second grade teacher at John L Sipley Elementary School!

Alexia attended Illinois State University, and reading was her favorite subject growing up. This year, she’s looking forward to building connections with students, families and staff while creating a classroom environment where her students can thrive.

Outside of school, Alexia enjoys walking while listening to podcasts, reading, crafting, cooking and being creative. And if you’re looking for her favorite treat, you can’t go wrong with ice cream! 🍦

Woodridge 68 is already familiar territory for Alexia: she attended Meadowview, student taught at Willow Creek and has a family connection to the district through her mom, who works at Meadowview. Now she’s beginning a new chapter at Sipley!

Say hello to Mariah Kauther, a Learning Behavior Specialist at John L Sipley Elementary School!
Her favorite subject in school was Math, and now she helps students build confidence and skills for success.

Mariah says the best part of Woodridge 68 is working with amazing students who brighten her day.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time outdoors. 📚✂️🌳
Mariah also first joined the district as a student teacher.

His favorite subject in school was Mathematics, and now he supports multilingual learners in building strong academic foundations.

Mario says the best part of Woodridge 68 is the positive environment between teachers, parents, and students.
