It was so awesome to welcome students back to school for LINK day! The PTO worked with Andy's Frozen Custard who donated custard cups to our students, and we were able to provide a “Fuel Station” for our teachers and staff! We cant wait to kick off the school year!

Join us on Thursday, August 13 from 3:00–7:00pm at Jefferson Junior High. Incoming 7th & 8th grade students, accompanied by an adult, are invited to:
✅ Tour the building
✅ Find classrooms
✅ Practice locker combinations
✅ Get comfortable before the first day of school

We are excited to meet the parents of our incoming 7th graders for Step Up night! Don't forget to stop by our table to pick up your pre-ordered t shirts. We do have a few extra for sale for those who didn't already place an order. Students who wear their shirts on Friday's student Step Up day will be entered into a raffle for a prize!

Introducing Nora Piento, a 7th Grade Science Teacher at Thomas Jefferson Junior High School!
Her favorite subject in school was Science, and now she brings that excitement into her classroom every day.

Nora says the best part of Woodridge 68 is her fellow teachers and working with students.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, word searches, and traveling. 💪📖✈️
