Little Red Wagon Family Home Daycare Full time spots available now! My name is Lori Rogers, I have more then 25 years of experience working with children. Safety and security are a top priority.

I received my AA degree in Education and also majored in Sign Language. I have over 5 years working with children as a preschool teacher at Phoenix Preschools. I have also provided care to many family members in my home for 20 years. I LOVE children and count it a privilege to attend to your child. My assistant (my husband Tim) and I provide a clean, organized and child-friendly environment is fil

led with age appropriate toys, activities and educational opportunities. I have chosen to run an in-home daycare because I feel it is my calling. I enjoy teaching. It is exciting to be a part of this crucial time of development in the lives of young children. Working with children is so much more rewarding and fun! We operate our daycare in Woodland California. Our home is clean, and the daycare space well organized and set up well to feel like a 2nd home for the children. We open at 7:30 AM and Close at 5:30 PM sharp, Monday through Friday. Ages 2 - 4 years old (leaves for preschool before age 5)

I switch the tracing sheets out each month to keep things fresh, seasonal, and exciting… and my printer definitely thanks me for not abusing it as much! 😉

Today we worked with pattern blocks and design mats! The children used different shapes and colors to match and build fun pictures like a flower, a bee, and a snail.

This activity is wonderful for:
🔹 Strengthening fine motor skills
🔹 Learning shapes and colors
🔹 Building spatial awareness
🔹 Practicing problem-solving
🔹 Encouraging focus and patience

It’s amazing to watch little minds figure out how the pieces fit together and see their pride when they complete a design!
