In the summer of 2012, Woodland natives Jason and Kacee Squires had an idea, “What if there was a music teaching studio to teach and support musicians?” Five weeks later, Musictown Studio opened its doors to the public. Jason and Kacee desire to see this city thrive and have a passion to help creatives reach their fullest potential. Opening Musictown Studio provided a place to support the city and

a platform to bring that passion to life. Musictown Studio has four values: family, community, generosity, and service. It exists to provide a dynamic learning environment to develop a lifelong passion for performing and creative arts.

Our Story

Jason and Kacee Squires dared to dream. In the summer of 2012 they got the idea to open a music studio. From the day they had the first thought to the day the doors were open was 5 weeks. Today Musictown has a team of 21 instructors teaching more than 270 students. Musictown Studio exists to provide a dynamic learning environment to develop a life long passion for performing and creative arts. Musictown is a studio built on relationships. We desire to know our students as well as help them become better musicians. No matter who you get as an instructor, you are in good hands. Located in the heart of Woodland, Musictown Studio has been serving Woodland and surrounding communities since 2012.
