🌸 We’re excited to be returning to Miwok Village Elementary School (Elk Grove 95757) starting September 9!

We’re currently welcoming new girls in TK–1st Grade to join our Beginner Rhythmic Gymnastics Program. We have up to 4 spots available!

Rhythmic gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic sport combining gymnastics, dance, flexibility, coordination, and apparatus skills with ribbon, ball, hoop, and rope.

Classes are taught by Coach Liza, a Master of Sport in Rhythmic Gymnastics who trained for 15 years at an Olympic Reserve Center.

What is Pre-Team?

Our Pre-Team is for girls ages 5+ who are ready for more focused rhythmic gymnastics training.

Pre-Team training is focused on:
⭐️ Learning rhythmic gymnastics elements and technique
⭐️ Improving flexibility, strength, coordination, and body
control
⭐️ Learning Floor and Ball routines
⭐️ Preparing for performances and their first competitions when they are ready

🤸‍♀️How do girls join Pre-Team?
Pre-Team is by coach invitation. Girls usually move up after developing a strong foundation in our recreational program, or they may join with previous experience in gymnastics, ballet, dance, or a similar sport.

This group is for girls who are hardworking, motivated, consistent in their training, and ready for the next step in their rhythmic gymnastics journey 💕

We're so excited to have Pre-Team groups in both Woodland and Elk Grove this season!

Saturday Rhythmic Gymnastics in Woodland! 🌸

Our program helps children develop flexibility, strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, and performance skills through the beautiful Olympic sport of rhythmic gymnastics.

Professional training led by a USA Gymnastics-certified coach and Master of Sport with 15 years of training at an Olympic Reserve School.

No experience is required! Children with backgrounds in gymnastics, dance, ballet, or other sports are also welcome.

Coach Liza has dedicated nearly 20 years of her life to rhythmic gymnastics. Today, she shares her experience, passion, and love for this beautiful sport with every gymnast she teaches. Her goal is to help each girl grow stronger, more confident, and proud of her progress.

✨ Direct their energy into meaningful movement while developing focus and body control

Rhythmic Gymnastics supports both physical and mental development while creating a strong foundation for many other sports.

I have watched even our shyest students gradually become confident performers; and some eventually become leaders within their groups.

This growth takes time, but the confidence, perseverance, focus, and ability to work toward a goal are skills children can carry into school and everyday life.
