It's not enough to know HOW to fight--you need to have the confidence to react and commit and this is what we work on with all ages. We teach self confidence thru a variety of mediums - Ed Parker Kenpo, boxing and kickboxing, personal training, muay thai, jiu jitsu to name a few of the styles.--it's all about creating a healthy lifestyle for people and giving them the tools they need to succeed- especially the young ones. I take students ages 3 and up Appointments for our private/semi private classes are available throughout the day. No one gets lost in a group class setting and this in turn makes for a much better learning experience for the student. Please stop by and see why my studio is so much more different than other schools out there

Patriot Day

Each year on September 11th, we observe Patriot Day, a solemn day of remembrance for the nearly 3,000 lives lost during the terrorist attacks in 2001. A day we honor first responders, service members, and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary bravery and unity in the face of tragedy.

Members of the Public are warmly invited to attend the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony to be held today, September 11th at Lions Park in Woodland Park at 9:00 AM. The ceremony will be outdoors, Lions Park is located at the intersection of US 67 and HWY 24. There will be flags flying that morning, so you can't miss it. We hope to see you there.

There were 75 firehouses in which at least one member was killed.
The FDNY also lost its department chief, first deputy commissioner, one of its marshals, one of its chaplins, as well as other administrative or specialty personnel.
On 9-11, 121 engine companies, 62 ladder companies and 27 fire officers were deployed to the world trade center.
All off-duty firefighters were recalled — the first time the FDNY had issued a total recall in over 30 years.
