🏡 Introducing Homeschool Connections at Gateway!

We're excited to announce a new opportunity designed to support homeschooling families in our community!

Homeschool Connections at Gateway is being developed to provide:
🍎 Certified teachers
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent/guardian involvement and volunteer opportunities
📚 Grade-band classrooms for age-appropriate learning and socialization
📅 Tuesday & Thursday programming

This new program is designed to complement Woodland Park School District's current homeschool offerings—not replace them. Homeschool families can continue taking advantage of our Take Two program and Online/Enrichment Academy opportunities while also participating in Homeschool Connections at Gateway, creating even more flexible educational options for your family.

Jump Start is a great opportunity for students who are new to our building to get comfortable before the first day of school!

📅 Tuesday, August 18

📚 Incoming 7th Grade Students
🕗 8:00-11:00 a.m.

📚 New 8th-12th Grade Students
🕙 10:00-11:00 a.m.

📍 Enter through the Commons from the Panther Patio

Students will:
✅ Meet staff and classmates
✅ Attend a welcome assembly
✅ Tour the building with their Advisory teacher
✅ Learn how to read their schedule and find their classrooms
✅ Participate in fun team-building activities

There is no registration required.

🚗 Parents: Please plan to drop off your student and return at the conclusion of the program. Jump Start is designed to help students build confidence and independence as they become familiar with their new school, so parents will not remain on campus during the event.
