Yes this week 20 cakes of soap from Pacha Soap Co. Who were so kind to donate is hand carried to Ukraine! Our 💕 are filled!

Door step Dinners for our elderly neighbors since the Pandemic. Its the little things that bring so much Joy even during this difficult times!
Cherish each day! Extending love can be just next door!

After travelling half way round the world the past decade and reaching out to our native homeland Sri Lanka, we are here to help in what ever way we can.
We consider the simple day to day actions that mean so much as a family owned non profit.
Serving food to our elderly neighbors has brought so much joy over the years here at home and now more so.

Actions are so close to our hearts!
Glad we still have the opportunity to help in small ways right here at home.
May god bless all those who are on the front line saving lives for us all!

The little long list was so rewarding and we look forward to a New year to reach out more each day when the opportunity knocks!

The gift of giving in some form or the other warms our hearts each day! It has been a tough year however the opportunities we have got over the year to extend our hearts has been so rewarding!

The past few years since things were peaceful in Sri Lanka our hearts, feet and hands reached out right in our neighborhood in Los Angeles and beyond...

2019 Easter Sunday? Just pondering where our hearts, hands and feet belong?

We will take one day at a time to reach out to where our hearts, hands and feet are needed the most!

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

Every day we get an opportunity to reach out.. Our small food program is going well in Harumalgoda. We are so grateful to Beverly and Rohinee for their continued support that helps the program.

Here in LA it is the neighborly love we extend each and every day!

Spending quality time with those that need help and being away from social media has given us more time where help is needed in all forms!

This past weekend our neighbors had a dinner for two relatives and they are elderly. When we asked our neighbor what he was up to last Sunday, he said I am cooking dinner for my sister and niece for their birthday celebration. Instantly, we made three beautiful floral arrangements for their table, appetizer table and two arrangements for the birthday girls and surprised them! This is what Empowered community Services is all about! Those precious instant moments to help one another in small acts of kindness.Thank you Richard for the images.

We may not post often, however each day we are blessed with an opportunity to help someone in need with our time and talents!

Our giving has turned tables in many forms.

Every day we are blessed with an opportunity to extend our hands and our talents to someone who needs our help in some form or the other here at home!

20 years later. A worker called for desperate help with her storage ... Saying yes was the greatest gift!

Thank you Mariyln for picking up the phone to call us! We are humbled! Times are hard for many... The true spirit of giving is at it's best specially during hard times!

As 2017 draws to a close, we were able to lend a hand and resources to small projects and a for . The helped not only a family it helped an entire ! We look forward to a to continue our small projects!
