BRAHMA GYMNASTICS CAMP (5-14YRS)
Our Campers will have a blast at our Gymnastics camp! They will have fun using gymnastics equipment including: uneven parallel bars, balance beams, vaulting horse with beat board and mats for tumbling. Kids will be taught correct stretching skills. Campers will have fun learning basic gymnastic strategies, burn energy and cool off each day during supervised swimming in the Pierce College pool! Campers will build strength, gain agility and coordination, not to mention confidence. We will have fun playing games with bean bags, hula hoops, balls and music. We will play an appropriate ability level obstacle course with challenging timed drills. We start at a beginning level in gymnastics, progressing to beginning/intermediate skills. Campers are grouped according to age and/or ability.
Campers will need to bring their own lunch and water bottle to camp daily.
