I made a promise to myself a long time ago, when I started my Etsy shop of pretty giftware, that I would not buy anything that I would not keep for myself if it did not sell.

Here is a Waterford Crystal pedestal bowl that I love, (it has not sold) and using as vase for a flower arrangement.

Bought these flowers today, put a « frog » in the center and added the flowers, AND added greenery of Thyme and Parsley that is growing in abundance in my garden.

Decided to make these little apple tartlettes for tomorrows Easter lunch, bit more time consuming, but much nicer for everyone to get their own. Made with a butter crust, blind baked, then tried two different type of baking pans and finally paint with apricot jam.
