π»WHAT A NIGHT, ERVING! π
Our impromptu Hallway Trick-or-Treat Trail may have looked a little different than we originally planned, but one thing stayed the same: the smiles, excitement, and memories made for our Erving Elementary kids and families! ππ¬
First and foremost, THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers! ππ So much goes on behind the scenes to bring an event like this to life. From planning and organizing to gathering supplies, coordinating volunteers, setting up, adapting when plans change, and making sure everything comes together, it truly takes a village! When we werenβt sure if Mother Nature would ruin our event, our volunteers stepped up, we brought the fun inside, and our hallways became a Trick-or-Treat Trail to remember!
Volunteers are the heart of our PTO. These events donβt happen on their own. They happen because people are willing to donate their time, share their talents, lend a helping hand, and show up for our kids. We are so grateful for every person who helped make tonight possible. β€οΈ
A huge THANK YOU to all the families who came out to celebrate with us, too! Your participation and support mean so much to our school community. We hope your little ghosts and goblins had the best time! π»
And one more special highlight: π Every family had the opportunity to walk away with FREE books, thanks to the generosity of our wonderful sponsors and the mom who put it together ! What a beautiful way to add a little extra magic to the night and put more books into the hands of our young readers!
These are the moments that make a school community special. We can dream up the ideas, but it takes volunteers, generous donors, and families who show up and support us to make them happen β€οΈ
Thank you for being part of the Erving Elementary family and helping us create memories our kids will carry with them! πππ¦
Want to see more events like this? We need YOU! Whether you can volunteer an hour, donate supplies, share a talent, or help behind the scenes, every little bit makes a difference. The more hands and hearts we have, the more we can do for our kids!
With gratitude,
Erving Elementary PTO ππ
