This fall, step INTO THE WOODS with us for a Sondheim musical masterpiece where “happily ever after” gets complicated 🪾🎶 Then, we find focus in the winter with EVERYMAN, a powerful and contemplative look at life’s journey ⏳🕯️ Finally, we’re leveling up next spring with SHE KILLS MONSTERS, where pop culture meets Dungeons & Dragons! ⚔️🐉

What a night celebrating an incredible year of heart and storytelling! 🎭 We looked back on every unforgettable moment from the high energy chaos of Mean Girls 💅 to our championship journey with A Green River 🌳 and the beautiful reflection of Our Town 🪜

We honored our Thespian Society Troupe #8267 and shared a huge round of applause for our amazing Class of 2026! 🎓 Seniors, you have led this program with such kindness and talent. We are so proud of the legacy you are leaving behind. 🌟

Thank you to everyone who made this year a triumph. It has been a truly Royal season! 👑🦁

Join us in celebrating Isaiah McKnight (Royal Theatre junior) for being selected as one of the featured writers for the 2026 Young Minnesota Playwrights Festival in partnership with Young Minnesota Playwrights and Park Square Theatre! 🎭✨

Isaiah has been refining his original play, Spare Me, under the mentorship of theatre professionals from around the country. This gripping story of a chance encounter at a bowling alley will be brought to life by local theatre artists in a live staged performance this summer at Park Square Theatre.

We are so proud to see Isaiah representing Woodbury High School and sharing his unique voice on a professional stage! ✍🏼
