"I use You Rock! as a teaching tool with my 4th graders nearly every day. Their skill level ranges from a beginning speller who is working on basic sounds to an advanced writer curious about word patterns. I introduced You Rock! to each of my spelling/grammar groups. They are then able to play this game with little to no support during our group work time. Students are not only gaining academic skills such as blends and word patters, they are learning how to take turns and work together. I have seen improvements in both reading and writing scores. The best part is that students really enjoy playing this great learning game! I recommend You Rock! to elementary educators working with all types of learners!"
