Mental health matters. Taking time to do stuff for just you matters. We can’t be the best for our students or kids if we aren’t meeting our needs. Ps can you tell I’m a teacher by the art spill on my shoes? 🧑🏫🎨

Love this by Conscious Mommy! I always try to remember that it is not the child’s job to teach us how to adapt to their needs. Sometimes this can be easier said than practiced.

Just a proud mom moment this morning! My Prek 3 buddy has been working on pencil pressure all year. This is the first time he wrote his name using a pencil and I’m just so proud
