Hey STUDIO OWNERS!
For Disability Pride Month, we are publishing a Studio Accessibility Survey - who doesn't need some SAS?!
This is a FREE resource for studio owners to self-assess your studio's accessibility. It contains ideas and resources to see how ready your studio is to accommodate students of all capabilities.
(Note: Uses US requirements, and not all-inclusive. Based on ADA and feedback from instructors & students with varied backgrounds and needs. It addresses physical accessibility issues, not teaching style or instruction).

We had such a great time at Bad Parent Night Out! 🧡

We met so many wonderful people, shared what pole fitness is all about, and even met a few people who already pole dance! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to chat, ask questions, and support us.

Whether you’re looking to join one of our classes, book a private lesson, attend a workshop, hire us for your next event, or bring me in as a guest instructor at your studio, we’d love to hear from you! We serve the DMV area and welcome everyone—from complete beginners to experienced pole dancers.
