Action Martial Arts & Fitness is dedicated to quality Tae Kwon Do instruction. Our Tae Kwon Do programs and classes provide students of all ages and interest levels with a training facility where you can hone your skills for competition, improve your fitness level, have fun, learn something new and alleviate stress. Action Martial Arts & Fitness has Tae Kwon Do classes for Men and Women, Adults an

d Children. Most importantly, our Tae Kwon Do programs combine both physical and mental discipline. In addition to developing physical attributes such as strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina, our programs emphasize the positive mental qualities of Focus, Respect, Discipline and Fitness. These skills developed through martial arts training can easily be transformed into positive life skills for your children. NINJAS PROGRAM (Ages 4-5)

After trying out the changes, we have decided to KEEP our Thursday Grappling Schedule as it was. Please disregard the “NEW” schedule that was previously announced—it simply isn’t going to work as we envisioned.

🥋🔥 BIG NEWS AT ACTION MARTIAL ARTS! 🔥🥋

We are excited to officially welcome Mr. Geo Corvera to the Action Martial Arts instructor team!

Mr. Corvera brings an incredible level of experience to AMA. He began training at just 8 years old, earned his 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and competed nationally in forms, weapons, and sparring, earning Top Ten rankings with both NASKA and the National Black Belt League (NBL).

And that's just the beginning! 👊

His martial arts background also includes Capoeira, boxing, kickboxing, gymnastics, fight choreography, and stunt performance.

🎬 Mr. Corvera went on to build an impressive career in Hollywood as a professional stuntman, fight choreographer, stunt coordinator, and actor, with more than 170 film and television production credits.

His credits include productions such as:

🎥 Iron Man
🎥 Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
📺 Cobra Kai
📺 Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
…and many more!

Now he's bringing that experience, knowledge, and passion to the mats at AMA!

What excites us most isn't just Mr. Corvera's résumé—it's his passion for teaching and helping the next generation develop confidence, discipline, fitness, respect, and strong martial arts fundamentals.

We are thrilled to add another experienced martial artist and competitor to our team and can't wait for our students to learn from him.

🥋 6 O’CLOCK KICKS! 🕕🔥

When we say 6 o’clock kicks, THIS is what we mean! 😳

These two are putting their flexibility and technique on full display. Getting your kick up is one thing—being able to hold it there with control is another!

At AMA, we’re always working to push those kicks a little higher, make them a little sharper, and build the strength to control them from start to finish.
