Happy Birthday, Dr. Maria Montessori! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the woman whose ideas continue to shape our classrooms and our community every day.

We see her vision in the little moments - the proud smile after mastering something new, the focus during meaningful work, the independence that grows a little more each day, and the kindness children show one another.

We’re so grateful to be carrying her work forward and to have the privilege of watching children grow, discover, and become more independent every day.

Happy First Day of School! 🎉📚

We loved welcoming our students back to The Woods today! There were so many smiles, and excitement filled the air as children reunited with friends, settled into their classrooms, and began exploring their prepared environments. It was wonderful to see them already engaged in meaningful work, learning, and discovery. 💚

We can’t wait to see all the growth, curiosity, and joy this new school year will bring. Welcome back, Woods families! ✨

There was so much laughter and fun at Field Day today! 🌞

The children enjoyed a day filled with music, bubbles, sponge relays, water balloon tosses, tug-of-war, sidewalk chalk, and so much more. It was a wonderful day with joyful memories to wrap up an incredible summer together. A big thanks to all of our parent volunteers who helped out today!

Today also marked the last day of Summer Camp! Thank you to all of the families who made this summer so special. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for Open House on August 24 and the first day of school on August 25. Here's to an amazing school year ahead! 💚

Yesterday was full of bright smiles and lots of learning thanks to our friends from Beam Pediatric Dentistry! 🦷✨

The children had a wonderful time learning all about healthy smiles through a fun, hands-on presentation! They practiced proper brushing techniques, discovered which foods help keep teeth strong, and learned simple ways to care for their teeth every day. There were lots of curious questions, excited faces, and plenty of bright smiles from start to finish!

A huge thank you to the Beam Pediatric Dentistry team for coming to our school to share while making dental health fun and memorable. We loved having you! 😁💙

🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated The Woods' 8th Birthday!

What a special day it was! Our school was filled with smiles as the children proudly wore the birthday crowns they colored, marched in a birthday parade through the school, and gathered together to sing "Happy Birthday" as a school community!

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey over the last eight years. We loved celebrating this milestone together, and we're excited for all that's still to come! 💚

We love Water Day!💦☀️

Our morning was full of smiles, laughter, and so much fun for our Children's House Classrooms! They loved going down the giant water slide, squirting water blasters, and spending some extra time outside enjoying all the exciting water activities with their friends.

What a fun way to start the day! 🌈✨
Our students had a blast at this morning's Rainbow Puppet Show. There were lots of giggles, big smiles, and excited little faces as they watched the colorful puppets come to life.
A big thank you to Rainbow Puppet Productions for bringing so much laughter, imagination, and joy to our school. We can't wait to welcome you back again!
