💜⭐ We're proud to share that Kyle R. Wilson Elementary School has once again been awarded Virginia's Purple Star Designation!

The Virginia Council on the Educational Opportunity for Military Children recently approved Kyle Wilson Elementary School as a recipient of the 2026 Purple Star Award, marking our school's third Purple Star designation.

This prestigious recognition honors schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families through dedicated resources, programs, and community partnerships.

🌊🦭 Walk & Roll to School Day is Coming to KWES! 🦭🌊

Join us as we celebrate National Walk and Roll to School Day on Friday, October 9!

This fun event promotes healthy habits, safety awareness, and school spirit while bringing our Sea Lion community together. All students will participate in a short walk during morning arrival, and families are encouraged to join the celebration by walking with their students to school that morning.

Be sure to wear your Sea Lion spirit wear or house shirt to show your KWES pride! 💙💚

We can't wait to celebrate with our Sea Lions and families as we walk, roll, and come together as a community!
